International customers have to pay whatever the United State Postal
Service(USPS) or FedEx Service charges you. There is no additional
charges from Tibetan Bead. Customers are responsible for custom duties
or any other charges if it happens. If you are not satisfied with an
item, please return within 15 days for exchange. Sorry no refunds.
